Cancellation & Refund

• In what scenario a cancellation can be done?

  If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@raahelfabrics.com or by sending us a WhatsApp or DM on Instagram. Kindly inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount.
  Products once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• Under what situations I am eligible for a Refund?

  Refund is not applicable to any product purchased at Raahel Fabrics in any case except in the case a damaged or wrong product is sent to you. Please email us at info@raahelfabricsl.com or get in touch by sending us a WhatsApp or DM on Instagram. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.

  • Refund not applicable if Customer does not like the cloth material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

  • Refund not applicable if customer wants to exchange the product (in special cases we deduct a handling and shipping cost for another product that is 250/- rupees).

  • Refund not applicable if customer does not like the Cloth Material.

  • Refund not applicable if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.

  • Refund not applicable if the product is washed and worn.
