  • What is the Return/Exchange policy of your store?

    Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to terms and conditions of the store. All the purchases will be non-refundable. We do not issue refunds once the order is processed and the product is delivered. However, we do accept exchange requests.

  • What happens if a wrong/damaged product is delivered to me?

    We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a pic at info@raahelfabrics.com. After you receive a confirmation from our end, please send it back to us as we don’t have a reverse pick up facility.

  • Do you provide reverse pick up facility?

    Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups & the second round shipping is paid by customer as mentioned above.

  • Where do I need to self-ship my products?

    Shipping Address for self-ship product/s:- Raahel Fabrics, Naren Hills, B-203, Wanowarie, Pune-411040.

  • Are the prices mentioned for the products, inclusive of taxes?

    Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India. The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

  • Are the On Sale products eligible for Return/Exchange?

    All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable and Returnable.
